Men's Rights - Advocates for Mens Equality

The mens rights movement has seen progress with modern updates to antiquated family law statutes, but although the laws may be changing, how they play out in family courtrooms is not the same for men and women.

These rulings against men's rights is usually not the result of the law, but rather the people involved in the case.

There are judges to persuade and even juries in some states. There are other mens divorce attorneys to deal with and family members who advocate for “the traditional outcome” with the mom as the custodial parent and the dad paying child support and seeing the kids every other weekend.

There is reluctance and hesitation from men themselves and sometimes their attorneys to challenge “the norm” and fight for mens rights.

That’s why providing divorce advice for men is the priority of MensDivorce.com so men have the resources and knowledge necessary to protect their rights.
